HOW TO WORK WITH US
Our in-person and virtual TNI facilitated narrative sessions and workshops are highly interactive and engaging. They are designed to invite professionals to come together, share stories in safe spaces, and to examine cultural challenges in their own workplace environments.
The Narrative Initiative, LLC® was founded with innovative, research-based, facilitated narrative techniques designed to help healthcare professionals examine communication challenges in the critical patient-provider relationship. As healthcare professionals ourselves we understand first hand the challenges personal bias, emotion, and perception bring to what we say and hear and how we experience healthcare – as patients and as professionals.
